MEMBER RATES
Member rates are for WRCRA members with an active membership both at the time of registering and at the time of the conference. Please log in prior to registering. You will know that you are logged in when your name displays on the right side of the main site navigation.

EXISTING USWRF PIONEERS/CHAMPIONS
The U.S. Women's Rugby Foundation has two major donor programs designed to support the organization for the long-term. Pioneers and Champions, including those in-progress, will receive a discounted registration rate as a thank you for your significant donation. To register for the WRCRA Conference using your Pioneers/Champions discount, you must be logged in to your account within our website with the Pioneers/Champions membership already assigned. The discount will apply when you add the registration to your cart. If you are an existing Pioneer/Champion and do not have an account within our website with the Pioneers/Champions membership assigned, please email us at wrcra.info@gmail.com.

STUDENT REGISTRATION
The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of discounted registrations for full-time students who are not members of WRCRA.

GROUP RATES
The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of packages for group of 5-10 individuals registering together from a single team or other organized entity. Packages require a single flat-rate payment with a code provided to the group for up to 10 individuals to register. All individual registrations from the group must be received by January 3, 2026. Unused individual registrations from a group will be forfeited after January 3, 2026.

AWARDS BANQUET/MUSEUM TICKETS ONLY
The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of registrations for individuals wanting to attend the awards banquet and visit the museum on Saturday night only. These registrations do not include access to any of the conference sessions or events beyond the awards banquet and museum.
Individual tickets can be purchased through the registration process. If you're interested in purchasing a table for the awards banquet, please email us at wrcra.info@gmail.com.

HOTEL
We have a room block at The Westin Downtown Denver. Rooms are $139/night until December 30, 2025. After that date, regular hotel rates apply.
SHIRTS
Conference shirts will be available to registrants on a first-come, first-served basis based on date of registration.
