The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of discounted registrations for full-time students who are not members of WRCRA.

Group Packages
The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of packages for group of 5-10 individuals registering together from a single team or other organized entity.
Packages require a single flat-rate payment with a code provided to the group for up to 10 individuals to register. All individual registrations from the group must be received by January 3, 2027. Unused individual registrations from a group will be used for need-based attendee scholarships after January 3, 2027.

The WRCRA Conference has a limited number of registrations for individuals wanting to attend the awards banquet and visit the museum on Saturday night only. These registrations do not include access to any of the conference sessions or events beyond the awards banquet and museum.
