This webinar is geared towards giving coaches and team leaders tools to create a safe and cohesive team culture for your rugby club.

Join a discussion of how to improve trust and safety for your team in big and small moments.
· Does your team have built-in, purposeful safety behaviors?
· Safety is a key component of building trust
· Do coaches, administrators, captains, & other team leaders role model?
· How often is safety discussed or reviewed - with the changing nature of team rosters?
· Safety around travel, alcohol and drug use, mental health issues, gossip, cliques
· Acknowledging young coaches' difficult role with like-aged players (player-coaches, too)
· Role-playing scenarios
