Why We Love Alexis:

While working on her Master’s degree in Kinesiology, Alexis combined her coursework with her experiences coaching youth sports and Special Olympics and formed the Charlottesville Cardinals Unified Rugby team, a rugby program for individuals with disabilities. Alexis is currently pursuing a doctorate in Occupational Therapy at Thomas Jefferson College in Philadelphia yet, she continues to work with the Cardinals and the dream of creating a league for persons with disabilities.
