Why We Love Angelica:
At 22 years old, she is leading Warren Wilson College women’s rugby, the newest NIRA program. In a few months' time, she’s built a roster of 20 student-athletes at a college with no history of rugby. According to Associate Athletic Director Katie Wurst, Angelica cares deeply for her student-athletes and encourages them to contribute in positive ways as varsity athletes. She represents the very best of what the future holds for NCAA women's rugby!
