This webinar is Session 2 of LEADERSHIP UNLOCKED and is for rugby administrators that make countless decisions that shape the strength, stability, and future of their programs — and many of those decisions rely on understanding the organization’s financial picture. This session gives rugby leaders the practical financial literacy they need to read financial reports, connect spending to mission and priorities, ask sharper oversight questions, and spot early warning signs in both finances and governance. Participants will work through a realistic rugby‑program scenario to apply these concepts and leave with tools they can use immediately in their own organizations.
