Talk about inspiration: Lucky Nirere, 11 years old as of December 2017, is a tag rugby player, coach, coach educator and referee in Uganda. Incredibly mature and already so accomplished, Nirere is driven by her love of the sport and her mother, who is a Uganda national team player.
